Your idea, made into areal business.

Tell us the idea. We listen, tell you honestly whether it stands up, and quote what it would cost to make it real. Then we build it with you: the registration and paperwork through people we trust, the website, Google, video and social media by us. And we stay. We don’t hand you the keys and disappear.

Free first call and a written quote. No money yet? Read on. Or call 0413 599 209.

Any idea. A real business, with real people behind it.

A cleaning round, a food stall, tutoring, detailing cars, importing something only you know how to find. You don’t need a plan document. You need someone to listen and say what it takes.

A good idea and no money? Still talk to us.

Some of the best ideas come from people who can’t pay for them yet. If yours is something nobody else is doing, there are three ways we can still get it moving.

  • We introduce an investorWe know people who put money into small businesses they believe in. If your idea is strong, we make the introduction and help you present it. Any deal is between you and them, in writing.
  • We go in as partnersSometimes the right answer is that we build it with you and share in it, instead of sending you an invoice. We’ll say plainly when we’d do that and on what terms.
  • We build it in stagesStart with the one thing that brings the first customer, usually a simple site and a Google profile, and pay for the next stage out of what it earns.

Honest note: not every idea gets backed, and we never promise funding. Before any investment or partnership you get the terms in writing and time to take your own legal and accounting advice.

Already built. Go and click on them.

From zero to open, in one place

Most new owners end up with five different people who never talk to each other. Here’s the order we’d do it in, and who does each part.

  1. Tell us the idea

A free call. What you want to sell, who to, and what you’ve got so far. If it isn’t ready we’ll say so, and say what’s missing.

  2. Set it up properlyAccountant we introduce

ABN, business name, company or sole trader, GST. A registered accountant we work with does the registrations and tells you which structure suits you.

  3. Cover the legal basicsSolicitor we introduce

Terms, contracts, a lease, a partnership agreement. We introduce you to a solicitor so you start with paperwork that protects you.

  4. Give it a face

Name, logo, colours, the way it talks. Enough of a brand that your van, your card and your website look like the same business.

  5. Build the website

Fast, made for phones first, and built around the one thing you need it to do: bookings, quotes, enquiries or sales.

  6. Get found on Google

Google Business Profile, the pages people actually search for, and a simple way to collect reviews. No ranking promises; steady, visible work.

  7. Show it moving

Short videos and reels of the real business, and social accounts that are looked after so they don’t go quiet after week two.

  8. Open, then keep growing

Launch, watch what people do, fix what they trip on. Ads when the basics are earning, not before.

Or just the part you need

Already registered and trading? Pick what’s missing.

  • WebsitesFrom a one-page site to booking systems, calculators and customer logins. You own it.
  • SEO & GoogleBusiness Profile, local pages, structured data, reviews. The unglamorous work that gets calls.
  • Video & reelsPromo videos, walk-throughs and short reels cut for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Social mediaSet-up, a posting plan you can keep up with, or we run it for you month to month.
  • BrandingLogo, colours, cards, signage files. One look across everything.
  • Set-up & paperworkAccountant and solicitor introductions for registration, tax and contracts, so it’s done right once.

We don’t build it and leave you on your own

Launch day is where most agencies stop. It’s where the real questions start.

  • First 30 daysWe watch how people use the site, fix what they trip on, and make sure enquiries actually reach your phone.
  • Every monthGoogle profile kept fresh, reviews chased, posts going out. A short plain-English note on what changed.
  • When something breaksYou message the person who built it. Not a ticket queue.
  • When you’re ready to growAds, a second location, hiring, a bigger site. We’ve already got the context, so it’s a conversation, not a new project.

How we work

You talk to the person doing the work. We show you the site as it’s being built, on a private link, so there are no surprises on launch day. When it’s finished the domain, the code and the logins are yours.

We’d rather build you something small that earns than something big that impresses. Most of our sites start with one job, a booking, a quote, a phone call, and do it well.

Want to know who’s behind it? Read who runs OneCall and what we check before introducing anyone, see what customers say, or browse the blog.

The honest bits

Nobody can promise you the top of Google, and we won’t. What we do is the work that reliably moves a local business up: a fast site, the right pages, a looked-after Business Profile and real reviews.

Registration, tax and legal work is done by the registered accountant and the law firm we introduce you to, under their own licences. They may pay OneCall a referral fee; you never pay more because of it.

Questions people ask before they start

Common questions

I only have an idea. Is that enough to talk to you?
Yes. Most people who call us have an idea and nothing else. We ask what you want to sell, who to, and what you have so far, then tell you honestly what it would take and what it would cost. If it is not ready, we say what is missing.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on what the site has to do. A simple site that gets you found and gets the phone ringing costs far less than one with online booking, payments or customer logins. We do not publish a price list because the jobs are too different; you get a written quote after a free first call, before anything starts.
I do not have the money to start. Can you still help?
Sometimes, yes. If the idea is strong we can introduce you to people who invest in small businesses, talk about going in as partners, or build it in stages so the first stage pays for the next. We never promise funding, and any investment or partnership is put in writing so you can take your own legal and accounting advice first.
Do you register the business for me?
The registrations (ABN, business name, company, GST) and the tax advice are done by a registered accountant we introduce you to, because that work has to be done by a registered agent. We stay involved so the name, the domain and the branding all line up.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that, and we will not. What we do is the work that reliably helps a local business show up: a fast site, the right pages, a looked-after Google Business Profile and real reviews from real customers.
Who owns the website when it is finished?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the site and the logins are handed to you. If you ever want to move to someone else, you can.
What happens after the site goes live?
We stay. The first month we watch how people use it and fix what they trip on. After that it is up to you: a monthly care plan, help only when you ask, or nothing at all.

Price? Tell us the idea first.

Every business is a different size of job, so there’s no price list to hide behind. Tell us what you’re thinking and you get a written quote: what it costs us to build, and what it costs you. Free, no obligation.
